Pretty wicked looking backside drag band developing in WV hills, im sure with and upslope component. 

Just need to get past 8" for biggest event of the year. Dont remeber a recent winter with such a low top storm number. But i am not compalining.

My maple syrup evaporator is doing all it can to help out with that backside snow.

Unfortunately it's about the end of the season, and the 30 gallons of sap I got is going to help that backend deliver like normal - very little.

youre right. its a good synoptic band. deform?

wind brings snow here and we just havent had this very often this winter. Except for January

It's weird.. was virga for awhile, now it's big fluff flakes.. but overall light and non-accumulating, so far.
