Pretty widespread gusts over 60mph. Pretty far inland and not where I'd expect 72-75mph gusts.

Moderators StretchCT Posted July 8 Author Moderators Share Posted July 8 (edited) Can teach a lesson on how to spot the tornado today. This one below has 91mph toward radar, 50+ away from radar. And a hook Two hooks. Edited July 8 by StretchCT

SPC mentions Beryl's rem passing resulting in a lower level Tor threat for us as well. Depending on track. And, in my estimation, the contribution of what I dub a "home grown warm core" currently riding the W periphery of the Atl Ridge. 😉

It doesn't have to be a f5 to ruin your life. Edited July 8 by 1816 3
Moderators StretchCT Posted July 8 Author Moderators Share Posted July 8 59 going inbound, 75 going outbound. Correlation coefficient worked for this one. Its a hard one to use in a hurricane since so much is getting blown around already.

As a layperson, I have no technical knowledge, but have been watching this possible interaction for a bit now. I've systems push each other way and others draw closer to the other, so this should be interesting at least.
