Moderators StretchCT Posted June 18 Moderators Share Posted June 18 (edited) PTC One is likely a depression and looks like it will stay south of the States per NHC. It will probably skip the TD step as winds are already 40mph. It currently lacks a well defined circulation which is expected to develop within 24 hrs prior to landfall. Since it's such a broad mess, watches extend mostly to the north and heavy rains can be expected on the S TX coast. Models hint at another TD/TS hitting the same area next week as well.
