My money says the rotation stops just before it enters franklin county then continues once it hits licking county.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1045 PM EDT FOR EAST
CENTRAL WARREN COUNTY...

At 1017 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Lebanon, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Radar shows tornado debris in the
         air.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Lebanon, Harveysburg, Oregonia, Caesar Creek State Park, and
Genntown.

This includes I-71 in Ohio near mile marker 42.

They were just talking about those on Ryan Hall's stream. Showed three spots of rotation that were all in a line
