Some pretty decent supercells today but I’m going to go out on a limb and say a moderate risk would have sufficed. QCLS mode still a very real threat obviously. ElectricStorm Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 (edited) Still not done yet and we could still see tornadoes through midnight (or even later) but yeah this is a prime example of why storm mode matters, even with insane parameters in place. That being said, the tail end charlie still needs to be watched, and some models have another round developing in central OK overnight. Also a couple cells developing ahead of the line in NE OK now.
