NWOhioChaser
There was some instability out there for sure. This was about an hour and a half ago in extreme NW Ohio driving from work. Very slight rotation with this one but really nothing to be worried about. All bark no bite. Got a good half inch out of it though. ak9971
Tornado warning NE of New Albany. Velocity in terminal radar probably the tightest of any storm we’ve seen today. Far away from both radars at the weather offices.

Far away from both radars at the weather offices. Yeah that’s suspect. There was a spin up just south of Lansing, MI a few hours ago where velocity was pretty suspect at the time. Better than this one. maybe a funnel was reported. But I haven’t seen any reports of any touchdowns today so there’s that good news. Just a lot of wind and some hail. Remarkable statistics thus far. Perhaps we’re getting it out of the way now so when our actual severe season comes it’ll be quiet. But with a strong Nino transitioning to neutral to La Niña, I think we’re in a most unstable season compared to the previous years.
