Funnel cloud reported about 7 minutes ago near Covington. This might be the Ohio supercell to watch given the lack of storms around it.

Pretty decent sounding from ILN's 21z launch

Significant change from the 18z sounding, which essentially had zero CAPE.

Surprised to see ILN do 2 off hour launches today.  Nice.

I've seen this look before... many many times. Take shelter if you're in front of this storm a tornado is likely.

Wish I had dual-panel lol

Figured I'd check STORM-NET for this storm, because it's a classic look that many storms get before a tornado, and sure enough.

the law of averages, couple weeks ago was unsuspecting slight risk with 1 of the longest tracked tornados this area has seen, today 24 hours of hysteria with early dismissals and cancellations

☝️, will be honest was hoping to at least get a garden variety storm with some good thunder, but that's how it works

That velocity signal for the West Union tornado was pretty remarkable. Hopefully not too much damage down there. Scary image right here!

I'd say there were probably 2-3 Ef2+ tornadoes today. Could have been worse, but hopefully those who were affected get the help they need.

Yeah could've been a lot worse. Morning convection and a messy warm sector saves the day.
