I might get the ole 7-10 split. I’m right by downtown basically. The warned cell is going just north of me and the other cell looks to go just south. Well see though

Tornado Warning
National Weather Service Wilmington OH
605 PM EDT Tue Apr 2 2024

The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Owen County in northern Kentucky...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 604 PM EDT, a tornado-producing storm was located over New
  Castle, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Radar shows tornado debris in
           the air.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Owenton, Monterey, Gratz, Squiresville, Elk Lake, New Columbus,
  Needmore, Beechwood, Harmony, Elmer Davis Lake, and Natlee.

Second warning that overlaps hits where I’m at so I may get hit

Golf ball sized Hail in that storm.  Hope you are OK.  Ours was brutal up north of you.  Sun back out too.

talk about rapid destabilization phew. Considering this was ILN at 18z. sub-990mb lows don't play around when it comes to advecting moisture.

A while back, I posted that the bigger threat would be closer to Cincy rather than here. I am happy to see the bigger threat remained to be a mainly south of our area issue 👍
