Probably have to be over 3,000' even up here to get significant accumulations.

Looking forward to Morch though. 😮

Dang, have to be on top of Mt Everest to get snow in winter.

I think I may have to put out the pre-emergent weed blocker this month (Preen) before everything starts to grow…

Love that camera, time lapses from it great.

Same here.  Been up there a few times.  Went up one July many moons ago before the days of the internet and had a snowball fight with my Dad in a tshirt.  Was about 80 at the base and around 30 up at the top.

12z GFS is ugly for this storm and basically the entire run, I'll be majorly surprised if the MidAtl can get another frozen precip event this winter, time will tell.

Soo took my mom out , where she lives , to the bowels of the coal region - Nesquehoning. Not sure if spelled correctly, but who cares, even spell check never heard of it.  All sleet. Then descended into the rectum of the area- Tamaqua, and all rain. Then ascended Blue’s and all sleet again - 33.  Oh,,and my white suv  now pretty much black from the coal ash they use in place of salt. Man, i hate that area anymore. Depressing. What do they use for brine? Tar?

Man, what this storm cudda been.

I'll be up to and through coal country today on my way to Mauch Chunk and White Haven, to visit with the "old folks". I'm very glad to not have to put off the trip due to weather.
