Right.  To be fully honest only expecting a slushy coating at best.  White rain, if you will.  Curious to see how rest of 0z comes in though, of course.

Agreed!  I am curious with the next runs also.

Hell, if I can see a flake in this warm pattern, that will be a win!

Slightly off topic, but I got enthused about seeing normal temps in the euro weeklies for the end of Feb and first week of March.  Yeah, average high then is in the low 40s.

👍👍as we climb out if the abyss, and much later sunsets. Winter blues have set in, and we have had a stunning run of lack of sunshine.

Going gambling with my dad and best bud tomorrow .. hope this kind of luck follows me.

Well, first we're feasting at Shady Maple Buffet.  I'm kinda of pumped for that vs the losing $100-$200 at the casino later lol

Been there before, was pretty good.  Needed a wheelbarrow to haul me out after eating there.

RGEM sticks to the higher elevs in the Catskills and Berks. QPF drops.  925s and 850s looked ok, and skew was ok too, but ground temps imby were in the mid 30s

Realistically, any way this moves, either LI is going to get rain or rain and freezing rain or rain mix with snow.  IF there is any snow accumulation, won't be any more than 1/2"

Eerie. I still don’t trust the qpf.  But it’s not like we’re playing with the GOM

That is a name I have not heard in a very long time.  He used to be a weatherman on one of the major networks.  Though haven't seen him in many many years.  Then again, haven't really watched the weather on tv in a very long time.

WPIX weather man. New York City. He was great. Sure he read the script but his delivery was great. Fastest weather forecaster on tv

In this fwiw category, models did a horrible job with tonight’s storm, and to a lesser degree yesterdays. . They were supposed to put down about 1.5 inches combined, and not even close. Tonight’s a total swing and miss. . They just are really struggling this winter. Who knows for Sunday. Just wouldn’t rely on any call right now.

He’s still there. Sports guy does part time WFAN and he had Mr G on his sports show giving game day forecasts a couple weeks back.  One of those nasty weekends where it was bad all over CONUS
