Got to love all that fog traveling 81.

I live in/on valley, many run through here.  Some towns up the hills are all fog all the time this time of year.  Cut it with a knife and serve it with coffee

You have the smarties… yall know who you are the Mets & the others that bring great info to the forum.

@MaineJay  @Poco  @Undertakerson2.0 @Penn State  others I’m missing while I’m next to my stove.

And the rest of us, snow lovers, model riders(max snow), memers. We make a good bunch.

Wait, which Mets?

Amazing how our greatest storms are different for the distance. Our best are when we get that motion into the hills and the heavy snow line basically follows the valley to hills area plus or minus a bit. You get the storms to the north that extend north where we are below the snow line. 93 hit hard here too with about 18 or so but we had some sleet at the end from it being so wound up and all the  crazy s going on

I was in utero, lovely Lynn, MA.

Lynn Lynn, the city of sin, you'll never come out the way you went in..

Thanks to jbrumberg posting the NWS snow map for SNE, where we are looking at a pretty decent event (BOX disco was pretty excited about the recent model returns). And MJ posted the GYX map that looked even higher. It's cool when people post those composite maps but that's beyond my know-how.

I chose this view because of the monster south of Greenland, hard to believe it's progged to be even more beastly in a couple days as it merges with the storm trailing it

Is it having a pull effect on the storm that is coming this weekend?

Stop it.

If you show up, do the awesome stuff, then leave, I'm just not sure I can take it.

Next thing you know you'll bring Duff back.

I think it's more pulling the cold air down from the northwest.

It's certainly pulling in the storm that's pulling away from the coast.  It's behavior/position will have an affect on our storms path.
