For good measure I just cranked mine and took it for a loop around my traffic circle.  Storm should start trending southward again.

Ticked south from 12z...

I promise I'm not superstitious. This is just science.

C’mon convective feedback! It’s not real, but it’s fun to watch lolIMG_0655.thumb.jpeg.ea5be362fe4ab55b0ce789f9011db22d.jpeg

Slowly draining snow hopes over the course of 4 or 5 runs is just not dramatic enough. More of an emotional quarter operated mall rocking horse than a Rollercoaster. We need an epic naming for 2 or 3 runs then pull the rug out all at once to restore balance to the force.

I mean I don’t want to crush hopes and dreams or anything lol.. Just a little sugar high. Honestly, at the end of the day if we manage enough snow that my daughter can build her snowman ️ then I’m happy!

As sad as this sounds 2 inches would be good enough here, that’s how snow starved we are. Realistically if it jump starts the winter I’m all for it.

If this storm doesn’t slow down or that western energy doesn’t slow down, we’ll have a dusting come Saturday night.

Don’t threaten me with a good time! 😝

Just funny how defined NJ is in every pic.  Even Delmarva has some gray

Not even a gray slush of fabled back end snow.

This is so f’d up. We go thru this time and again. 7 days out, huge storm. 4 days out it dwindles, I’m insane.
Will wait until Friday.
but….   Better to have seen potential then to have no potential. {Socrates}

The fly in the ointment is back in purple.  Spins around and peels off .. is it right/wrong?  Slower/faster? /shrugs

This storm is in blue and close to being onshore, but not really until 12z tomorrow.
