Looking at the radar and there is snow well to the north of Ottawa and Montreal. Some of the model runs this week showed snow maybe to the border but most stopped mid state in NY/VT/NH. Is this a surprise or was I not paying attention?

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest accumulations will be in
  northern and western parts of the counties across the higher
  elevations.
