The rain was over before sunrise and it was another cloudy, foggy morning with 42ºF as this morning's low temperature. It is a cloudy 43ºF ATM and I expect to see more of the same weather for the remainder of the day with occasional periods of fog, mist, and rain. And more of the same weather tomorrow 😒 with maybe a chance for a snow shower Saturday morning. From the NWS/B-N Office: Spoiler Friday night into Saturday... Cutoff low and shortwave energy in the mid Atlc region lifts NE into SNE while phasing with a northern stream trough moving across southern Quebec during Sat before pushing to the east. Decent height falls develop which combined with modest moisture will support sct showers Fri night into Sat morning. The column is cooling as heights fall but just marginally supportive of a mix with snow showers over the high terrain. Solidarity at 99% humidity out there since the 25th. 1.23" over the past few days. Current 33.3° with rain. It's supposed to change over, but I'm not expecting much in the way of accumulations.
