It was raining Sunday morning, then by lunch a mix of wet flakes.. took an early PM snooze and woke up to all snow and white ground. That was a nice 11" surprise by the next morning that no one called for. Unfortunately, that will never happen again. Forcasted 3-6/4-8 Tobyhanna snowfall — 22”!! Going home through the tunnel and seeing nothing but green was brutal. I feel like these boundary storms can either over or under preform and it’s very localized. Saw the same in the Whites, 2” in North Conway and 14” about 10 miles NE on the opposite side of the mtn.
