Yeah this stuff can stay to my east. I'm not messing around with this stuff.

   * Primary threats include...
     A few tornadoes likely
     Widespread large hail and scattered very large hail events to 5
       inches in diameter expected
     Widespread damaging winds and isolated significant gusts to 90
       mph likely

This is the second moderate risk of the year for western Oklahoma/eastern Texas Panhandle. First one was in late February.

Per warning, confirmed tornado "over Perryton". Keep in mind the below velocity signature is at 9200 feet

CENTRAL BEAVER...NORTHWESTERN LIPSCOMB AND NORTHEASTERN OCHILTREE

At 510 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located located over Perryton,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and baseball size hail.

SOURCE...Live storm chaser video confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Perryton and Booker. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

Honestly can't remember the last time i saw a watch with both potential 90mph winds and 5" hail.  That is just plain crazy.

AND NORTHEASTERN SANDUSKY COUNTIES...

At 703 PM EDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Oak Harbor, or 7
miles north of Fremont, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and two inch hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado. At 656 PM,
         emergency management reported a tornado along the Sandusky
         and Ottawa County line near state route 19.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Whites Landing and Vickery.

Haven't seen dust on satellite in the Texas Panhandle in a few months. Thought all that rain meant an end to that for least June.

Mesonets are showing 45-50 mph gusts with this outflow boundary
