Mother Nature has got to be stopped! I don’t know what I’ve done to her but she just will not give me any storms. Day after day she puts storms all around me. We gotta cash in one of these days right?

What is it about the Ohio border that kills storms? There needs to be a case study lol

I would like to say that some supercells and tornadoes in past years seem to move straight out of Indiana and into southwest Ohio, like in the Dayton area.

This year has been a real struggle, because drought is a funny thing. If you have a drought, it always seems like the dry weather repeats. For a lot of the USA, the climatological wet season is in the summer. The summertime soil moisture-atmospheric moisture feedback loop is a factor in drought vs higher-rainfall areas in many summers throughout about 80% of the USA. As for the West Coast, the pattern is dry weather in the summer, so the drought of the area is much more dependent on what happens in the winter.
