839 PM CDT Wed Apr 19 2023

The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Morris County in east central Kansas...
  Northern Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 945 PM CDT.

* At 838 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Strong City,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and baseball size hail.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado. At 829 pm, a confirmed
           tornado was reported near Elmdale.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Emporia, Americus and Dunlap.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 35 between mile markers 128 and 131.
 Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 126 and 137.

Yeah the next scan looks better on CC, the velocity signature has fallen apart though so hopefully it's brief. 
EDIT: definite debris ball now easy to see, probably another large tornado. Also as I said the velocity signature fell apart an inflow surge came through next scan lol.

If you live near Tecumseh I would start thinking about a safe place, you can't rely on a storm like this to just barely miss south, they've been occluding to the north all day.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
         businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
         is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Southeastern Norman, Etowah, and southern Lake Thunderbird.

  was located 4 miles north of Etowah, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
