At 349 PM CDT, a confirmed large and extremely dangerous tornado was
located over Martinsburg, or 11 miles south of Sigourney, moving
northeast at 50 mph.

This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris may
         be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes
         will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,
         businesses, and vehicles is likely and complete destruction
         is possible.

The tornado will be near...
  Hayesville and Ollie around 355 PM CDT.
  Sigourney, Lancaster and Keokuk County Expo around 400 PM CDT.

Other locations in the path of this tornadic thunderstorm include

Iowa City, certainly.  It's looking pretty good for Cedar Rapids to remain in the dry moat in between the severe cells/lines.  I'm in Cedar Rapids.
