Definitely hit the outskirts on the south side of town though.

ElectricStorm
Looks like it's weakening now thankfully. Hackleburg is in a PDS warning now, another town that took a big hit in 2011

Meteorologist Ingyball Posted March 25, 2023 Meteorologist Share Posted March 25, 2023 As usual it only take 1 storm to make an event. Definitely some impressive velocities last night. The rating will be determined if it hit anything adequately built at all.
Iceresistance
What did I miss? A tornado that took the same path as the 2011 Houston-New Wren tornado, Smithville Tornado, and the Hackleburg-Phil Campbell Tornado?

ElectricStorm
Looking at some of the damage pics from last night from Rolling Fork, this is the worst I've seen since Mayfield/Bremen, a absolutely unbelievable storm. Of course it depends how well built those houses are but this was likely a very high end tornado. Edited March 25, 2023 by ElectricStorm
