Never really expect Spring till mid to late April at 42 degrees north. Would be different if I lived down by the Ohio River. Grass doesn't turn green with a chance to mow or see tulip stems till then here.

Been that way for like 5 years straight now. Why would it change now? March is the new November now.

So far it's GFS + Ukmet against the world, lol.

I actually think UKIE is between the GFS and CMC. It's flatter downstream and not really phased at all,  unlike the GFS.  I really think the GFS backs off the phase, at least somewhat.

Agree, UK isn't there yet (and the GFS super-amped solution is probably not going to happen), but UK did take a considerable jump toward a further west, more amped solution compared to what it showed at 0z last night.
