Flurries in Southern York County, PA, now. Radar and obs has precip about 50 miles north of models in real-time. Wonder if precip might extend into southern PA a little more tomorrow morning, too. Now, most models have just north of Baltimore as the northern cutoff.

Normally would not mention flurries but this is likely a top 5 event, so far, for Southern PA this winter. 🙂

Edit: Steady light snow as of 1:15 PM. Nice mood snow. Perhaps we can overperform with 1-2 inches tomorrow morning, opposed to the RGEM modeled Coating - 1/2 inch.

Had some big flakes falling briefly down near Frederick, MD.   Would be good to see the ground white once this winter.

@Rush get out of the valley....

There are 22 acres at 1600 feet in Blue Ridge Summit, PA.  I might go take a look at them next week.  I'd like to get out of Maryland, would prefer WV.  Need to stay within 30 minutes of Hagerstown.
