Had no snow at work, but there was still some wet white slop on the ground when I got home (30 miles north of work). I guess that's something.

It exceeded my expectations for this storm, even if I couldn't "measure things in feet."

Edit: page topper

I would be shocked if you got anywhere close…sleet line advancing quickly.

I'd be surprised too. Ratios will be really bad even though we've had moderately heavy snow for several hours now. Some snow falling as graupel. Currently 27F.

Well poop. Power just flickered.

Quote
Snow accumulations have come to an end outside of the
mountains, but sleet and freezing rain continues across most
interior parts of Maine and central and northern NH. Towns
within about 20 miles of the freezing line can expect to pick up
around a quarter inch of ice, with the best chance for this
extending from the lakes region of New Hampshire, through the
Sebago Lake area, and then just west of the Augusta and
Waterville area. These amounts shouldn`t be enough to cause much
in the way of power outages, but a few branches could come down
as the trees start to sag. Mainly sleet is expected north of
this area on top of the snow that has already fallen.

2 hour delay for the kids, but wife needs to get out at 7.

31.3°, only the HRRR is handling the temps, but that's because it updates hourly.

I'm not sure we really get much above freezing today, if at all.

33.6°F with steady rain after about 6” of snow.  Very little mix, was a quick snow to rain changeover. This won’t be easy to remove if allowed to freeze up tonight.

Just finished phase 1, driveway done and wife off to work. Gotta get it clear that first pass, straight waterlogged baby diaper after that.

Unfortunately for me, I have a decked over addition going on at my place, and it has all 3 storms on it.  My thinking was that it would, you know what, I don't know what I was thinking.  Procrastination pays off now... I guess.🤣

Haha 2021 I had to squeeze through an attic window on top of a flat roof on my house to get rid of snow. 120 year old family farm house that had some questionable additions over its life 🤣. Rents cheap though, pros and cons.

At 8 am it is 31F and snow has picked back up after stopping sometime in the night.  I measured 4" of snow that is no more than 8:1 ratio snow, probably less.  I was expecting to wake up to warmer temps and possible rain.  I got my eldest son to work this morning and my youngest son just went out for the bus, so I'm going to wait awhile before trying to snowblow this glacier.
