It appears that Franklin Co. (Columbus metro) finally completed that multi-trillion dollar dome project 🤣🤔

That puts me out of a job in the winter.  Plenty of roads to pave in the summer, but what am I gonna do if there is no snow to plow in the winter?  O yea, just like the last 3? 5? winters without snow, I'll fill more potholes!

That's what it's currently looking like.

Thanks.

We pay for subscription weather service to help with our snow planning-its literally just using the GFS and re-formatting it in a table.  My team is amazed that what I tell them is more accurate than the subscription service.  They're starting to think I'm an amateur meteorologist even though  I keep telling them I just read the forums, try to learn from you guys as much as I can, and ask good questions to help us plan.

I'm a little surprised that ILN didn't go with a WWA since they are saying 2-3" with locally higher.

...ACCUMULATING SNOW EXPECTED ON SUNDAY...

Snow will overspread the region Sunday morning and continue
through the day as a low pressure system moves through the Ohio
Valley. Snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches can be expected with
a few locally higher amounts possible.

Be prepared for snowy driving conditions if you plan to travel on
Sunday.

Must be because temps will be in the 32-33 range & road surface temps will probably be slightly higher, so very minimal travel impacts expected. I think you're right though, 2-4" potential in a fairly short amount of time probably deserves a WWA

I'd say because it's gonna be during daylight hours, Temps are marginal, so roads will most likely be wet.
