Everyone's experience tends to be a bit different, but I kicked it back in 2020 pretty quickly (couple days) with a regimen of vitamin C, D & zinc...along with plenty of rest & fluids. Get well soon. Thanks Florida. My wife was down and out for about a week. I felt crappy, not awful, for about 2 days was ready to go back to my normal routine on the 3rd. Hope you feel better.
