I'm in Kentucky and travel here has been a nightmare (at best) for a couple of days ... we'll be out in it tomorrow and I'd like to at least have a plan for the 1-4" that may or may not fall here. That general favors to my north & NE barely skirting my area. S. Illinois usually cashes in with these type clippers.
