I can't remember where I saw the WPC curve, it may have been in some winter training I did last year. I couldn't find their curve on Google either but that image was pretty close from memory.

 

If you meant IIRC it stands for if I remember correctly

A couple of consistent runs.  Of course, we shouldn't expect too big of a move but I look forward to this evenings 0Z runs none the less.

I know I'm straying a bit off topic but this is good general knowledge.  I found the WPC snow ratio curve in this article.  It also has the snow shape chart that many of us have seen.  Thus in looking at the snow shape shape (type of snow) chart, it's easier to visualize the "WPC curve" for ratios.
