beaver56
I really think this could be Indiana and Ohio's once a decade chance. 1

junior
Yea starts to look similar to 0z, that ridge out west is stronger so perhaps it negated the confluence ahead. Still gonna be a nice run.

Meteorologist Ingyball Posted December 17, 2022 Meteorologist Share Posted December 17, 2022 Euro like the UK is still bottling up that cold too much, shift that storm track south a good 200 miles if not more. Would also be a better scenario for the OV in that case. Yesterday's 12z run at least showed the cold racing down the western High Plains.

I could see Indiana west getting the goods, and Eastern Ohio getting some good lake enhancement. Edited December 17, 2022 by NWOhioChaser
Ohiobuckeye45
generally speaking, pretty similar outcome, I don't need any "edge" folks chiming in, just talking overall. A bit of a change out towards IA/SE MN 1

It's hard to see something with that much artic push with it not digging further South. Hoping it will mature quickly and ull etc is favorable for us. Slower storm probably help too right ? cperry29
I may eat crow but I have a hard time imagining this storm play out as the Euro depicts. It’s hard for me believe it cuts due north through the dense artic air. If I’m wrong, so be it. 🙂 1
Admin BuckeyeGal Posted December 17, 2022 Admin Share Posted December 17, 2022 As long as it doesn't rain on Christmas Eve or Christmas, I'm good. Send some white stuff, and I'm over the moon.
