NAVGEM, NAM and Ukie have no stall and really don't slow it down. Without the stall, the NAM, UKIE and Icon want to send it back out over the water and into SC.

Were these models right?  Looks like the UKIE got this one over on the GFS an Euro from Mondays 12z run (48hrs)

This is where the Euro had landfall the same run

GFS took it into Tampa Bay, then up the west coast.

NAM and CMC were jokes.

Weather Channel: Don't go out into the eye! There is no way to tell how long the calm will last. It presents life threatening danger!

Weather Channel: We are currently out in the middle of the eye. Wow, what a clear blue sky! This is so amazing and tranquil.

Were these models right?

No. The NAVGEM, NAM, and ICON weren't right. Even if they were, I refuse to acknowledge it.

Plus SC is still fine. I rest my case.

Single girl: Can you go far out into the water and make sure no sharks get me when I go in?

Single guy: Heck no!

Wife: Can you go far out into the water and make sure no sharks get me and the children when we go in?

Husband: Ok.

😁

Should we tell them the real reason why?

Spoiler

There's times a quick demise at the business end of a bull shark seems preferable to another day of domestication.
