It's crazy how supercells can just shift the axis of their FFDs. And also how it apparently has an impact on tornado potential. It struggled when it was oriented northwest-southeast but it's apparently thriving as it's shifted to west-east. 

The orientation of the FFD is based on deep-layer winds (above 500mb), so given the fact that surface winds are mostly southerly, you'd think the supercell would thrive more when the FFD is oriented northwest-southeast because that's stronger directional shear.

Confirmed now. Wow, crazy, orientation changes and now theres a CC drop..

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Broadcast media confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Seminole, Wewoka, Maud, Bowlegs, St. Louis, Lima and Harjo.
