Seems like everytime we get a new inflow it cycles off to the north, looks like it's going to continue that for now. Not currently very convinced, but things can always change really fast.

Definitely took a hard right turn, the northern appendage could also be the left-split lifting out, could reorganize.

Pretty impressive storm signature just before the storm got too close to our TDWR. Haven't seen rain like this in a long time, definitely a Supercell.

Maybe Wichita is too cool for the surface-based updraft, given the fact that there was no tornado on that.

Each one of these were a failed attempt at a wall cloud, the circle is the current, the way they're lifting north and expanding west makes me wonder if the line of storms is sucking in so much air that it's influencing the supercell from that far away.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN PAYNE COUNTY...

At 627 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 3 miles east of
Ripley, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Cushing and Ripley.
