The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Randolph County in eastern Arkansas...
  Northeastern Jackson County in eastern Arkansas...
  Lawrence County in eastern Arkansas...
  East central Sharp County in north central Arkansas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 743 PM CDT, a confirmed large and destructive tornado was
  observed near Ravenden, or 14 miles east of Cherokee Village,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  TORNADO EMERGENCY for IMBODEN...BLACK ROCK and WALNUT RIDGE. This
is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TAKE COVER NOW!

  HAZARD...Deadly tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...You are in a life-threatening situation. Flying debris
           may be deadly to those caught without shelter. Mobile
           homes will be destroyed. Considerable damage to homes,

Hard to say what I'm seeing is debris. If it is, it's at 18k feet so solidly EF3+. But given the position of the radar with respect to the signature, it could be the radar beam being blocked out.

   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Tornado Watch for portions of 
     Central to northeast Arkansas
     Far southeast Missouri
     Southwest Tennessee

   * Effective this Friday night from 750 PM until Midnight CDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     A couple intense tornadoes possible
     Scattered large hail and isolated very large hail events to 3.5
       inches in diameter likely
     Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

   SUMMARY...Long-track intense supercell over north-central Arkansas
   should persist at it spreads towards the Mississippi River.
   Additional storms should develop to its southwest through late
   evening.

   The tornado watch area is approximately along and 50 statute miles
   north and south of a line from 25 miles north of Little Rock AR to
   25 miles south southeast of Dyersburg TN. For a complete depiction
   of the watch see the associated watch outline update (WOUS64 KWNS
   WOU1).

   PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

   REMEMBER...A Tornado Watch means conditions are favorable for
   tornadoes and severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch
   area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for
   threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements
   and possible warnings.
