Admin MaineJay Posted February 24, 2022 Admin Share Posted February 24, 2022 Comparing 0z NAM3 and meso. Looking at the 850mb low. It looks like the hires NAM is either a touch shower, or weaker with this initial wave. Note the L on the NAM3, slightly cooler out in front in southern Ohio into southern PA, but a touch warmer in southern Indiana and Illinois. Looking at the wind barbs, I think the meso has that lead L rippling along slower, in S IL instead of the NAM having it near the IN/OH border. Not sure of the impact, if any, but a slight difference. 1
